When you request early access or sign up, we keep your business name, email, what you sell, and your service area. Once you're a customer we also keep the card design you approve, your offer, and the phone number your tracking number forwards to.
Business names, addresses, and categories from public records: business filings, licenses, permits, and public business listings. We use business addresses only. We do not collect or store personal contact details of the people who own those businesses.
Calls to your tracking number forward to your phone. We log the caller's number, time, and duration so you can see which calls came from your card. Recording is optional, off by default, and when on, callers hear a notice before the call connects.
Printing and mailing providers receive the card artwork and the recipient's business address to print and mail it. A payment processor handles billing. An email provider sends your reports. We do not sell your information or the lists we build for you.
