EarlyHello identifies newly opened businesses in your service area from public records, prints a postcard you have approved, and mails it to those businesses on your behalf. You are the sender of every card. We are the print and mail service.
The platform fee is $59 per month, billed monthly. Cards are billed at $2.49 each as they are mailed. The first 30 days of the platform fee are free for new accounts; card charges apply from the first card. If we match fewer than 15 new businesses to you in a billing month, that month's platform fee is waived. You may pause or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cards already mailed are not refundable. Cards returned as undeliverable are refunded.
You are responsible for the content of your card: your offer, your claims, your photos, and your contact details. Nothing mails until you approve the design, and any change requires a new approval. Photos of people must be people you have permission to use. We will not print content that is misleading, unlawful, or that presents a stock image as your own business.
We do not guarantee that any recipient will contact you or become a customer. Direct mail response varies by category, offer, and timing.
