For people who sell face to face

Walk in with a card in your hand. Earn on every month they pay.

EarlyHello mails a local business's postcard to every new business that opens near it, the week it opens. Cleaners, bookkeepers, insurance agents and IT companies want to be the first call a new business makes. You introduce them. We do the rest.

Independent contractor (1099). Commission only. Your own hours and area.

What you earn

You earn all of your vendor's first monthly fee, then half of your vendor's monthly fee and 20% of their card charges in their 2nd through 13th paid months, once each payment clears and passes a 30-day hold.

$59.99 the first month

100% of the first month's fee, once their first payment clears.

$44.93 a month after that

A business paying the $59.99 fee and 30 cards a month earns you this for each of the next 12 paid months.

$599.15 from one business

Over the first year, from the payments that one business makes. Sign ten and multiply.

  • You earn all of your vendor's first monthly fee, then half of your vendor's monthly fee and 20% of their card charges in their 2nd through 13th paid months, once each payment clears and passes a 30-day hold.
  • What counts: the $59.99 monthly fee and the $2.49 charge for each card mailed. Website setup, website hosting, tax and anything else on the bill earn no commission.
  • A paid month is a billing month in which your vendor's payment cleared. A month whose fee is waived or covered by a credit, pays 20% of that month's card charges only and still counts as one of the 12 months. A paused month, when nothing is billed, pays nothing and does not use up a month. From the 14th paid month on, that vendor earns you nothing further.
  • For example, a vendor paying the $59.99 fee and 30 cards a month earns you $44.93 for each of those months ($29.99 from the fee and $14.94 from the cards), $539.16 over the 12 months.
  • If your vendor pays for a year up front, that payment is counted month by month as it is used, at the discounted price your vendor paid, and you earn on it the same way.
  • One commission window per business, ever. A business that is or was a customer under another account (the same Google listing, phone, website or card) earns nothing, and so does your own business or your household's.
  • Each amount is held 30 days after the payment clears, then paid in the next monthly payout once your earned balance is at least $25.00; a smaller balance carries to the next month.
  • A refund or dispute within 120 days of a payment reverses the commission on it: if it was not paid out yet it is simply not paid, and if it was, it comes off your next payouts. A dispute reverses it even if the dispute is later decided in our favor. You are never billed for it.
  • The schedule in force on the day a vendor signs up applies to that vendor for its whole schedule, even if the schedule changes later.

How a sale works

About five minutes from walking in to walking out with a sign-up.

  1. 1

    Hand them the card

A real postcard, their trade, with a logo, an offer and a number. "We mail this to every new business near you, the week it opens."

  2. 2

    Show them their area

Open Check my area on your phone, type their ZIP. It shows what we can do near them. Counts only, never names.

  3. 3

They sign up from your link

They scan your QR code and set up their own card in about ten minutes. The sign-up is yours, first touch.

You never take payment. The business adds its own card when it approves its first mailing.

Why owners say yes

New businesses pick vendors once

In their first weeks they choose the cleaner, the accountant and the insurance agent they'll keep for years. The first card in the mailbox wins.

It runs by itself

Set up once. Every week we find the new businesses, print the card and mail it. The owner does nothing.

Every call is counted

A tracking number rings their phone and a QR code goes to their website. They see every call and scan on a results page.

No contract, no print run

$59.99 a month plus $2.49 a card, charged as cards mail. The first 10 cards are free. Pause or cancel any time.

It's their own card

Their logo, their colours, their offers. Pick a design or have one designed for them. Nothing shared with other businesses.

The card does the demo

You hand it to them. They hold what their new neighbours would get. Hard to argue with.

What we give you

Your link and QR code

Every business that signs up through it is yours. Text it, show it, or print it on the kit.

A printable kit

The script and a short video

Your walk list

Who's next, where, and what you marked. It updates as you work.

About this role

Who does well
Anyone who already sells to small businesses in person: merchant services, uniforms, payroll, insurance, coupon mailers, office supplies. If you know the strip centers and office parks in your area, you're ahead.
Free to start
No territory fee, nothing to buy. You're an independent contractor (1099), paid commission only, with no base pay or benefits.
Hours and area
Your own. Most reps work Tuesday to Thursday, mid-morning and mid-afternoon, in the part of town they already know.
Where
Anywhere EarlyHello mails, across the 50 states and DC. We're hiring in the Texas metros first: Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Austin.
How you're paid
Commission on the monthly fee and on the cards each business you bring pays for, for its first year. You see the full agreement before you start, and every dollar in your dashboard.
Do I take payment?
No. You introduce the business and leave the materials. They sign up from your link and add their own card when they approve their first mailing.
