Why it works this way
EarlyHello serves the United States. A territory is sold only where the record feeds behind it are running, and a vendor whose area is not running yet is told so plainly and emailed the week it is.
New business records are published across the country, by counties, by cities and by states, and every one of them publishes on its own schedule with its own address quality. An area switches on here when its feeds have been read, verified against real addresses and proved to produce confirmed openings week after week — not when it has been added to a map.
That ordering is the reason for the guarantee. A vendor in a running area is held to a floor of 15 matched businesses a month or a free month. A vendor whose area is not running yet is not sold anything at all.
