How to reach support
hello@earlyhello.com. Answered within one business day, and usually sooner.
From inside your account
Sign in and use the support link in the sidebar. It reaches the same place and arrives with your account attached, which saves a round trip.
If you received a card
You do not need an account or a reference. Ask to stop receiving them and it stops everywhere at once.
What support can change, and where to look first
| What you want | Do it yourself |
|---|---|
| Change the card: the photo, the offer, the headline, the name it is signed with | Sign in, open your card, edit and approve. The new version replaces the old one from the next batch. |
| Skip a business you do not want mailed | Open Matches and skip it. With the weekly review window on, the batch waits so you can. |
| Pause the mail without losing your settings | Billing, then Pause. Your card and settings are kept. |
| Cancel | Billing, then Cancel. It ends at the end of the period you have paid for. |
| Refund a card that could not be delivered | Nothing to do. A returned card is refunded without being asked for. |
| Change which business types you want, or how far out | Settings. Widening the types or the radius makes the monthly floor easier to reach. |
| Change the monthly cap on cards | Settings. Matching keeps going; mailing stops at the cap. |
| Change where the tracking number rings | Settings. It takes effect on the next call. |
Things support will say no to
Turning on an area that is not running. An area goes on sale when its record feeds have been read and verified, not on request. Asking puts you on the list for it, which is what decides the order they are built in. Check an area.
Telling you who owns a business. Owner names are dropped rather than stored, so there is nothing to look up. What is kept and what is not.
Recording a call for you. Calls are logged, not recorded. Recording is a separate thing that announces itself to both parties and is not a switch on this account.
Quoting a response rate. There is no figure we can stand behind, so nobody here will invent one. Your own dashboard shows every call, text and scan next to what that card cost.
Everything else
The questions page has the short answers, and the longer ones have their own pages: how the week runs, the price, the guarantee, what the card looks like, where the records come from and how information is handled.
Before you write in about coverage
The coverage check answers it in a second, and it is the same answer support would give you.
