New homeowners near you
Each household gets your card once. The back is a short welcome letter from you. Nobody is ever shown a list of them, you included: you see how many we mailed.
Cards to homes cost the same as any card, and your first 10 are free.
Your cards to new homeowners start as soon as homeowner mail opens in your area. You pay nothing until you approve your card.
New businesses too
What your card looks like
Your card is designed for your trade, in your colors. Your logo, your offers, your number and a QR code go on every card. You see both sides before anything mails.
The photo is yours, or one made fresh for your card when you design it, never used by another business near you. People in the photos we make are generic, never a real or named person.
The details, if you want them
How we know they just moved in
From recorded home sales: a purchase recorded in the last 60 days, sold on the open market, to a person rather than a company, of a home people live in. Nothing else about the buyer is used, and a household can stop the cards at any time.
How we know they opened
Two kinds of public record find these businesses. restaurant or cafe shows up as a health or liquor permit, issued before the doors open. auto shop, dental practice, gym or studio, medical practice, office, retail store, salon or barber and warehouse or industrial show up as a city or county licence or tax certificate, filed when the business registers to trade at the address.
Each one is confirmed at a real street address before anything prints. Which office publishes what, state by state.
Who is kept off your list
A business that sells what you sell is kept off your list by its industry code. For electrician that means every opening whose record carries an industry code starting 23821 is dropped before it reaches you.
The photo on your card
Until you add your own, we make a photo for your card when you design it, showing electrician: a hand fitting a plain cover plate onto a wall outlet, a screwdriver in the other hand. It is never used on another card near you. People in the photos we make are generic figures in scenes of the trade, never a real, named or identifiable person and never presented as your staff.

Type your city or ZIP. Every city and ZIP in the 50 states and DC can start, and you pay nothing until you approve your card.
